This is on my 2014 Honda Odyssey. The left side does not flip back up tightly, compare to the right. The left side get used a lot, daily, and the right side is only used less than 20% of the time.

1. Is this a problem?

2. Can I fix it?

If it is a fixable problem, I'll have the dealers do it since it's under warranty. Will the dealer think WTF, that's how the visor goes with normal use.

I have the same issue with my 2010 Accord, which is out of warranty, so if I can fix it, I would like to.

This does not bother me during driving. But I'm imagining it getting worst over the years, to a point where it will bother me and block my vision, when I want it to flip up, and stay up.

 

buy a new one. thats what the dealer does when they warranty those.

 

look for the bolt holding up the sunvisor (or a plug covering the bolt), then tighten it and check if it makes a difference

 

The bolt hold the visor is solid tight. It's not loose there. It's the "flipping" part.
