Default Windshield Wiper Problem

Last Night during a Very hard rain my passenger side wiper stupped moving, after i checked it i see that the cap bolt is missing. I'm getting a new bolt today anyone have any other ideas of things to check if this doesn't fix the problem.

Thanks

The bolt should fix the problem, make sure it's tight. Maybe use some LOcktiite on it so it wont loosen up nextime.
