how can you tell ?

i just got a b16 head and someone told me that the valves where from ferrea and it had crower springs and retainers. how can i tell if their aftermarket or just the stock ones?

I dont know about the valves, but crower springs are a dual spring and very thick, and the retainers say crower right on the top of them
