Default Hondata tuning units.. Help please...

I just wondering if anyone can help me out how I hook hondata units up into my car.. I just hook the wire from the blue box into the Chipped ECU; from blue box into my laptop with keyspan...Is that correct? or I need to put in a chip into my ECU???
When I put my key into on position, but the blue box led keep blinking and not stop.. Does this mean my chipped ECU was broken parts or something???

The ECU was chipped by Wired speed, which I think it not an ECU fault.. Do I have to put in a chip or something?? The blue box came with a Amel chip..Do I have to put that into my ECU???

If anyone have time, please help me out...
Thank you very much..

It a stage 2 with everything the stage 2 had... My main concern is, do you need to put in the chip (Amt 29cxxx ) chip into the ECU inorder for it to work???? Because I have loaded it up and my laptop had no sign of detecting anything...
