which is best...b20v-tech OR LSv-tech?

i want to eventually do a head swap on to block with a lot of torqe, but before i do i need to know which is the better way to go and why...b20v-tech or lsv-tech. i have a b16a2 full head but i want to provide the best block i can for it.

that it really depends on how fast you want to be...

i think you should learn that it's VTEC not vtech before you touch a block.
