I'd change the whole intake manifold or throttle body.mine was idling at 4000 crazy huh so I changed the throttle body and problem was fixed.

Roaming idle if its consistently doing that, like it won't stop, you got a vacuum leak.

Check all vacuum lines, check all vacuum plugs, check throttle body closes all the way

Normal idle is 1500ish cold start, 750 +- 50 when warm. Should not be changing rapidly
