any preferences out there as to manufacturer or size.

I plan on turboing my d16z6 so i want hi-flow to facilitate a faster spool up.

very necessary. match it to the size of your exhaust piping, as a 2" high flow cat is hurting performance on a 2.5" exhaust.

 

i've got 2 1/2 made by mufflertech.com in ca. they make them for what ever car you have...easy bolt on...got it for 100.00. great flow and waiting for my turbo as well.
