Default high-flow cat

I'm interested in buying a high-flow cat with my existing apexi world sport 2 exhaust. I am using the stock cat and the piping for the exhaust up to the cat is 60mm (2.36 inches) and I'm wondering what size high-flow cat I would need. I've seen 2.25-2.50 but will that work for my setup?
Which one of these would I need? http://www.kteller.com/store/index.php/cPath/23_25

It doesn't really matter, you will need to weld on a donut flange and the 3-bolt flange regardless of what size you buy. I would go with 2.5" though

I heard those high flow cat's are useless your better off just gutting your stock cat.

if you weren't worried about emissions, you could get a test pipe. I got one, but I'm lucky enough that my state doesnt have emission testing.

I'm not too worried about emissions since I got the hook up
