I have a 00 si. I am having hesitation problems at part throtle between 2k-3k. I have opted for a test pipe instead of my cat, Now my engine is throwing a primary o2 sensor code. Should i replace the o2 sensor or does this have to do with some sort of ingnition components. I have msd coil, box, cap and wires. And a new honda ingnition rotor.

The cel code is p0420 or something like that. Catalyst system below threshold.

Yes still experiencing after test pipe was installed last year.
