I'd check the main relay. I'm having problems with mine right now. Turn the ignition switch on and wait for your check engine light to go out. If it doesn't, then it's your main relay going bad. If the engine light goes out it should start. It all starts at the main relay!

It's more than likely your main relay. Same thing happened to me all the time. I just replaced the relay and everything is perfect.

main relay almost definately. If you cant hear your fuel pump priming, then its definately the main relay. Try giving it a few light wacks, as a temp solution till you replace it.

It's probably got a dry joint somewhere.
The other option.
Get a soldering gun and a desoldering tool. Remove the old solder and replace with new.
You might want to get one from the junkyard to practice on. They cost $free.99.
Car has started every time since I did this four months ago. If it fails again i'll get a new one.
I believe you can place a jumper between terminals 5 and 7. I've never did this.
Can someone confirm

How do you figure that? All you're doing is recirculating hot air. To "cool something down" requires a compressor. Which you can't use until the car is started.

Where can you find the main relay on a 91 Accord EX? I wouldn't be surprised if this is the issue I was having.

go get one from the dealership, and that way you know how it looks, then try and look for the same thing underneath the driver side panel. it should be held on by some 10mm bolts
