Default Help Me Spend $5500.

ok, this is the deal. i have $5500, and a few options. I really genuinely want to stay honda. however, i can also stray away, and put $5500 into a 240sx and have a nice little daily driver.

im not sure of my honda options. i want to have as much speed as reliably possible.

im not sure what will deliver this though.

should i go with a del sol and a d-series turbo kit, with some new rods and pistons?

thats the best go-fast thing i can think of... anyone have any more ideas?

thanks to anyone who read this though.

I, personally, would go 240sx (s13). you can find a good body for 2000-3000 dollars/ drop an sr20det in it, get an intake and exhaust and call it a day. Cheap, reliable and fast.

A friend of mine just built an EG with a second gen B16 for $3000. Assuming you can accomplish the same, then I'd piece together a good turbo kit and then invest in some good engine management.
