HELP: High mileage car
well im trading my car in for another car.. and this car has a pretty high amount of mileage in it.. the mileage is around 130xxx ... for me to trade him i need to know what i can do with this car before i trade him... anything to check up on?... is it reliable whenever i drive a big distance?... i go to college and its a some what of a good drive... is there any way of changing the any parts to buy to make it depenable?

130k isn't too much. If you want to feel safe you can replace the timing belt and the water pump, everything else is pretty easy to replace if needed.
You can do a leak-down test to see if the rings are still holding up (i would guess they are fine) and do the usual maintanence (plugs, cap, rotor, etc)
Also, check to make sure he changed the timing belt/ tensioner and water pump at 90k, otherwise you need to do that asap.
I drove my integra everyday with almost 120k on the original engine, never missed a beat, still got great gas mileage and great power, too. I tore it apart when swapping and could still see the crosshatching on the cylinder walls...
