Ok so my car keeps overheating ... so i took someones advice and changed the thermostat, still overheats, i think its the water pump but when i tried to change it i figured out this was way out of my league, its really freaken hard to reach. Anyway iam about to take it to the mechanic, i was wondering if it could be anything else??? i only have an hour before i take it to the mechanic to anyone please help

To get to the water pump you have to take off everything needed to do timing belt replacement. Check the how to section at c-speedracing.com. If you have a shop do it make sure they replace the timing belt while they are at it. If should cost any extra money since they need to take off the old one anyway.

 

Hence the suggestion to change your water pump when you change your timing belt..
