you need 3 things to have a motor run
Compression
Fuel
Spark

assuming you have compression do you hear your fuel pump click on and off? that is where i would start if you have fuel move onto spark. try sticking a screw driver in the plug wire then find a good ground and NO your hand isnt a good ground. if you have spark it could be timing if you dont have spark then go buy a dizzy i have one if you wanna buy it.

a throttle body is not going to fix that problem. do a compression test first and find out if you are getting fuel. the oil on plugs is not normal either. i would locate the source of that problem asap.

I assume you're getting a code 16? ( It would have been nice to include that information for people like me who hate to click on posts with headers like "HELP", "Question", etc, It's just poor etiquet to assume your problem is more more important than anyone else's)

Anyway, if it's a code 16, resolder or replace the main relay. And don't waste your money on a new throttle body. It has nothing to do with injector codes.
