Dang! Got Fuel. Got Spark. It ain't starting!
Alrite I need some help from Honda-tech members. My car won't start. I've checked for spark and I got spark. My fuel pump primes, but my car ain't starting. It worked before but it ain't working anymore. I need help. I've gotten a few problems resolved on Honda-tech and I'm hoping someone can help me figure out the problem. Please help, it's stored in the garage because of the winter but I'd feel better knowing that the car starts up instead of a sitting duck.

check your cam timing.. that is always a possibility...
If you want our help, then post ALL of your symptoms.. HOW did you check for spark? HOW did you check for fuel? Did you do a compression test?
Answer some questions, and post up more details..
And if you just say "I just know it has spark", or "I can hear the fuel pump, so i KNOW it has fuel", i will slap someone.. haha... you need to VISUALLY check for spark, and just cause your pump is working, that doesnt mean that your filter isnt clogged, or that your injectors are firing..
Do you have any codes? give us info

I checked and see spark. Fuel pump primes but I haven't check to see if fuel is actually coming through so I'll check that. No CEL's.
Gonna check for actual fuel and then timing.
I have a fuel pressure regulator and it tells me there's pressure. I haven't checked injectors or filter though

ok.. if your FPR says you have pressure, then you are good
get an idiot light or volt meter, and check for pulsing voltage on the wiring plugs for the injectors while cranking.. you should see voltage on and off...
i doubt ignition timing would make the car not start, especially if you havent messed with it recently... check it anyway, though..
then, do a compression test..

^^^^^^ yeah.. that is part of the reason i suggested a compression test.. pop the cap and crank the motor to see if the cam even moves

swap you dizzy with a known good dizzy. You may be getting spark and have fuel pressue but if you cam shaft positioning sensor is going bad, you wont be getting the proper fuel trims and you will have the same symptoms you are having now.

ive had this problem with two cars now and both had bad distributors, they mess up and still give spark just at the wrong times...
id try a new one or if you have an old one you could switch the module inside, thats usually what goes wrong it seems.
