hi i have v reg ej9 civic with a b16a1 conversion was all running fine but was smoking on vtec and burning oil so i replaced rings and valve stem seals and put all the engine tougher as it was got fuel timing is right but got weak spark so today bout new coil and module and replaced them now have a good spark but it just still wont start turns over and sounds like its just about to start but just wont run and ive checked all the leads and there right from what ive read on other posts so should be okay any advise or help would be a great help

Probably timing. Check and re check cam timing. No reason for it not to start if it has fuel and spark. Only other things could be: super low fuel pressure, fouled spark plugs, spark plug wires/ incorrect.

hi how would i test fuel pressure and the spark plugs are brand new and ive checked on other posts to check the leads are the right way

New is good - you can read them. Remove them and take a picture of them, taking care to note which one came out of which cylinder.
