Default Helicoil or Timecert a head stud thread in the block

Im having one HELL of a time trying to get one fuggin head stud repaired. Every place near me, tells me that they dont have a helicoil that will go down 3 inchs to reach the area needed to put one in, they all say they only have one that is for a surface thread.

I will be using GE headstuds and I really really need to find out how to get a helicoil or timecert down that far. Or do you just have to thread the whole hole? If ANYONE has a part number of either that will work PLEASE PLEASE tell me.

Thanks a ton!!
