Default Helicoil removal extraction?

Its a very long story but in short the tang at the bottom didnt break off clean and when the bolt was screwed in the helicoil was dragged deeper in the hole which wasnt fully tapped so it was pushed inward which made the problem worse. Basically its all expletiveed up now. Is there a way to remove a helicoil?

I cant get at it with picks or needle nose pliers. Ive even tried loctite'ing a bolt in there, hoping the coil would come out with the bolt.

A very thin coat of JB Weld on the threads of a bolt would probably be more effective.

I dont think it can hold the shearing force.

The 2 part epoxy will be much stronger than the Cyanoacrylate based Loctite you tried before.

I think you should use a very thin amount on the bolt. You don't want any excess to ooze around & glue the coil into the hole.
