Default HEADER PROBLEM... LEAK???

Ok so i have a 94 b18b1 ls teggy...
About a month ago i got a full catback exhaust and put it on. It was all good the first few days and then blahh... i can hear fluttering sound up in front as if theres a leak near the header.

Im thinking it could be the gasket thats screwed up and i might have tightened it tooo tight for specs.
I have an obx-r racing header btw.
Im not too sure what the tighten down specs on the header are, but ive heard they are about 23 ft lbs.... can anyone let me know what it is exactly?? thanks

Did you replace the soft donut gasket near at the collector? Those really shouldn't be reused when installing a header.
