Default Head Studs???

I was wondering if when putting arp head studs are the steams suppose to be torqued to spec? i have a feelin that only the head studs were torque 64Nm not the steams. also can you re-use your stock head studs off the motor? cause i heard that after u pull them off they tend to stretch and u can't re-use them.

I do not torque the stems into the block. I tighten them reasonably with a wrench then torque the nuts when the head is on. I've re-used head bolts, but I wouldn't re-use them too many times.

I've done 3x w/o any troubles. No sense pushing your luck too far, but I hate to throw money away too.
