re-tourqing head?
dont put loctite on the head bolts, if thats what you're saying. put the head on and if they're reused head bolts, i usually set the torque wrench about 2ft/lb over the recommend torque to account for any stretch in the bolts.
As for ARP head bolts/studs, to my understanding you're supposed to torque them down, then loosen them, and then retorque them. then check them again after a couple hundred miles.
FYI, a local shop told me that ARP head studs/bolts are only good for 2 uses and then you should replace them.. dont know the validity of this statement though.
