Arp head stud reusable?
Ok I torque these head studs on my Gsr twice, when I pulled the head studs out I found the last threads to be stripped or something? Can I still use these again and what happen to them? These are the ends that go in the block.

Most Honda head bolts are not torque to yield. Those should not be any different. Yes they can be reused. Run a chaser in both the holes and on the bolts.

Re: Arp head stud reusable?
I thought I did Hand tight, and torque them down 80ft lbs, but as soon as I torqued them down I had to take off the head again, so maybe it got tight when I retorqued them again for the second time?

Don't waste your time buying new studs, just chase/clean the threads and make sure there is no debris in the holes. Always use a light coat of straight 30wt oil on the block side of the studs and run them down till they stop, do not tighten them. After that follow your tq sequence using the correct molly lube.
And for good measure please check/resurface the head before it goes back on. A lot more folks forget about that than you think.
