Default head options d16y7?

my friend has a ek cx hatch with a ex tranny and manifold with a xs power t3/t4 turbo kit, arp head studs, and cometic head gasket.

so i was wondering if it would be better to run a zc head if you could or is just better to run a vtec head and which would be better out of the two if the zc fits

thanks

Put a cam in it. Y7 head has VTEC sized valves...

Depends on the cam. Only thing VTEC is good for is economy.

VTEC is just a different cam lobe for power. Same thing as a big nonVTEC cam.

Delta 260 regrind has worked good in small turbo setups. There are a couple companies that do custom grinds. If you have money, Rocket Motorsports can do a custom grind for you.
