Default head options d16y7?

my friend has a ek cx hatch with a ex tranny and manifold with a xs power t3/t4 turbo kit, arp head studs, and cometic head gasket.

so i was wondering if it would be better to run a zc head if you could or is just better to run a vtec head and which would be better out of the two if the zc fits

thanks

um actually expletive face a zc head came from 86-89 integras and 86-89 accords i believe as well. in case you didnt know a zc motor is a single cam block with a dual cam head. now your probably thinkin about the single cam zc vtec which i dont know why they call it zc cuz its not, its just a jdm single cam vtec so you can take that 924 results that you just wasted your time in finding for me and shove it up your *** thanks now shut the expletive up and go somewhere else
