when u ride out the clutch out of first from a stop the car starts the shake i think that could be clutch or flywheel but also when u put it into 2nd if you do not go slowly it will grind but like sounding that its just not catching. . i have a spare tranny i can buy for a good price and has no problems. but id hate to just buy a clutch replace it and be the tranny. any ideas of which it could be? i searched please dont gimme that post. also has become harder to downshift say from 5th to 4rth or 4rth to 3rd. its a stock d16y8 tranny with a act clutch and fidenza flywheel any help will be appreciated

I doubt its the tranny, id suspect the clutch since its shaking when you start off.
