NEED HELP QUICK

i just bought a p75 ecu socketed with hondata to put in my 96 civic w/b16a2 swap. when i put it in the car would crank but it wouldnt turn over. Any suggestions.

we need a little more info than that. Did the car run before ecu install? Spark? fuel?

yes the car ran before i put the new ecu in. when i took it out and switched back to the old one it worked. fuel pump kicks on dont know about spark, havent checked.
