I just ordered some Toyo Proxe T1-S's 205-45-16 (to fit my ENKEI RF-1 16x7's) from my neighbor for $100/tire.

I have a mild suspension upgrade: Tokico Blues w/Progress springs and camber kit w/22mm rear Progress sway bar.

My question is this. . .

Since my little 93 CX motor only pumps out about 50whp, I was wondering if these tires were going to make my engine work overtime.

I purposely purchased these tires because I am planning a swap by this winter.

Should I reconsider my purchase. . .or should I just suck it up until the motor swap in December?

Also. . .would adding an exhaust help to make up for the lost power?
