Default Valve stem seals

How do you guys get your stem seals on? Just tap them down on there? Kinda hard to put them on.

Have no problem putting the OE valve seals, just lubricate them w/ assy lube and push them in.

Sit them on the metal nipple, stick a deep-socket 10mm socket on a long extention, and gently hammer them down evenly. At least I think it was 10mm.....it fits right over the smaller head of the seal perfectly.
