Icon6 H2B clutch problem

Wuts up guys! I just did my H2b conversion in my eg and after tons of modifications and upgrades i finally completed it. Iv been cruisin it back and forth to to work and finally broke in the new clutch, but it seems like the clutch is slipping. I attempted to adjust it a couple of times and i cant get it quite right to get it right!!
The problems i am having are;
1) when i get on it from 1st to 2nd, the motor sounds like its running harder then the car is moving!
2) My clutch pedal releases WAY too high.
3) Its a bitch to get 1st gear in when @ a stop light no mater how i adjust it
4) The car feels more powerful, but not that much more than before with the h22 tranny

Im really dissapointed with the conversion. I am running an ACT 6 puk un sprung clutch with an ACT pro street Flywheel. New throw out bearing,and pilot bearing too.. Can someone give me some advice please.. Thanks for looking!
