Default h22a help - no vtec!!!

Okay, I pulled a newb move and posted this in a diff. forum, but I need help with this ASAP. I'm running a H22A in a 93 del sol, with the Place Racing mounts, which make the motor sit pretty low. I had a blowout, and slid on my oil pan, cracked it, whatevs, slapped on a new one, and now I have no VTEC. The ECU is not throwing a solenoid code (P28 w/hondata), the solenoid itself looks okay (?), and all the wiring is straight. If anyone has any suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated.

Try taking off your oil pan and look at how bad your oil pick up looks.

yeah sounds like your oil pickup is smashed (aka no oil pressure, vtec won't work without it), be careful as that can lead to rapid oil starvation and ultimate engine failure.
