Default h22 swap complete....with problems

okay so i finished the swap. At first the motor wouldnt start up but i went and got new plugs even though the others looked decent and it started right up. Extremely and i mean not even comparible to b series LOUD but it ran fine. well i took it to get the exhaust done. (towed) well now it doesnt wanna idle at all. The cel is on with a code 14 Electronic Air Control. the car wouldnt start back up so i checked some things and the plugs were just soaked with Gas. I checked the cam timing and made sure it was correct because when my motor was off one time after something got pulled into the belt it ran very erradict like this. The motor is a JDM H23 Vtec in a 93 dx hatchback. i read in one of my searches that the plugs can be mixed up for the Eac and another sensor?? In another one some people said to take it off and clean it. I'll do that tomorrow. My vacuum lines are accounted for, theres so many of em lol It'd be nice to have those for my drag kit on the gs-r. Oh and the Ecu is a p13 supposedly chipped so im thinkin maybe its a very rich map?? and then combined with the vacuum leaks, and eac problem the car wouldnt run properly?? It shouldnt flood with fuel injectors right?? which would explain why it will start up at first then just not afterwards?

well i took the iac/eac off and cleaned it out. the ecu was still throwing a code. i went and redid the grounds and cleaned them all!!!! The code 14 doesn't show anymore its just the code 22 vtec pressure switch/sensor i must have wired that wrong because it shouldnt be going on just while cranking it right?? anywayz the motor will try and start every 4 seconds or so while cranking. Also the distributor was off and missing bolts when i got it so i dont even know what to do with that since it wont start for me to adjust it!!!

make sure you got the wires on the dizzy in the correct order. and also make sure your getting spark. when you got a lot of fuel on your spark plug that pretty much means its not sparking.

yeah i confirmed the wires and its getting spark everytime. i lined it up with the CM flywheel and did everything good there i think.. but im thinking the ignition timing is messed up. but i dont know how to fix it if it wont start

get a friend to crank the motor.

loosten up the dizzy and wigle it back and forth slowly to advance/retard timing. try that

yeah we were doing that after i posted last time and it worked. but its so far turned towards the cabin that it wont go anymore and the car still wont idle by itself. i grabbed a timing light while he held the throttle on and the mark on the flywheel was still away from me standing in front of the car. when i brought the distributor towards the front of the car you could hear a metal smacking sound. the oil is soaked with fuel and theres a little bit of milkyness in the top of the valve cover but not in the oil pan. could the cam(s) be off and maybe the gears were put on with it off??i mean i cant really be off 180 right!! I really appreciate yur help man oh and by the way the timing gun was kinda erradict like it wasnt a continuos even flash and we were holding a high idle so maybe not enough juice there huh !!
maybe from the missing though right.

make sure the timing belt is on correctly. sounds like a timing issue for sure

this sucks.... i cant see how the timing could be off right now?? and i think the way the mark lines up on the flywheel is gay because it could be different if yur lookin at it from a different angle (I.E.> when yur 6'7'')

yeah i can get a pic of it but its not in the normal spot cuz she has the hayame mount and it covers up the spot where it would normally go. i tried a few different places. hey so u got an internal coil right?? i checked my plug on the harness that goes to the coil plug on the distributor and its not showing anything??? shouldnt it read on the dvom??

**EDIT** okay nevermind i wasn't grounding the plug to the body ground when checking that.

but seriously this thing still isn't starting. i think the way the mark is on the flywheel is gay cuz if you look at it at a different angle then it could be off a lil bit but whatever. the piston is exactly at TDC and its pointing to #1 every few turns itll wanna start but it doesn't and gabe if you keep following me around and posting stupid remarks on my post not directly related to this problem then me and you are gonna have some serious problems, im not ****** around. go be gay somewhere else. so anywayz timing is good ignition timing is wiggled around until we get it to start. then it still wont hardly run if we let off the gas. it'll just stall out. i dont know what happened one day it would start up everytime and now its shot??? ill do another compression test with oil in the cylinders but it was 165 across before. without oil. in there. and it seems like there is gas in the oil again from trying to start it for so long. because i didnt put the plugs back on...errrrrr

so should i put like something straight through the alignment thing in the timing hole on the tranny to make sure its exactly at the timing mark. because like i said the timing "LOOKS" fine but..... we all know how that goes. so any experience with the timing on an accord or prelude and something that it sounds like i'm doing wrong would be greatly appreciated. I've done a whole lotta searching and gotten some ideas but i dont know whats going on. im gonna try my gs-r ecu today and see what's up. so to be exact, it's a JDM h23/vtec obd-1 from an accord sir wagon. It's in a 93 dx hatch using the p13 with a jun program(yeah right ) i think i just figured out the problem. lol last time i let the girl but stuff off e-bay. but seriously this blows. for every 6 or 7 turns it'll kick real quick but wont start up.
