Default Car dies

I've got a JDM h22 in my 1992 Civic DX.

The car runs fine and everything now, but when I let it idle it'll die after awhile. If I try driving it, it'll die everyime I push in the clutch.

I checked all the plugs and wires. All the vaccum lines are fine. Does anyone have any ideas?

TIA
