Default GF left windows down before big rain

So, the other day my girl friend got out of her car (04' Civic EX coupe w/ Tan Cloth Seats) and left her windows and sunroof down, right before a big rain. The rain was pretty significant and now her car smells from the water, and the high percentage of humidity in PA isn't helping it. My question to you is, what is the best way to get rid of the oder and whatever else has occurred from the rain water?

Thanks
-Justin

Strong shop vac to suck up all the water you can.

Then park it in the sun with the windows down. the rest will dry out sooner or later.

Buddys wife did the same thing once. It will dry out some day.
