Default getting rid of the evap container

if any body can give me some help on rerouting the hoses or something i can do to get rid of it please help me out, i see cars all the time without the damn thing

The vent hose (from the gas tank) is supposed to be the only vent for the tank. If you plug that, you'll let the tank over-pressurize. That's probably not good.

I was just thinking about this since I removed my charcole canister.. Would it be better to put a little air filter on the line comming from the tank to the canister or just leave it open or something like that?

My favorite answer would be to keep the EVAP canister. It doesn't hurt power, does it? If you remove it anyway, be careful where you put the vent line. Remember there's fuel vapor coming out from it.

I had to remove it since I dont have room for it anywhere under my engine hood..
