Default Fopr those that boost and spray

for those who boost and spray, how many shot are you using? I'm looking to get rid of the turbo lag at the track and i'm looking for the mose effective way to do this with the help of nitrous. What do you recommend and which type of brand should i go with. Thanks in advance.

Going on a d16 w/ stock internals boosting 12-14psi at track only.
