Default Fluctuating Idle, Need help before I lose it...

Ok, here's the deal. A few months ago I had the head off of my D15B7 to get it cleaned and checked. The car has approximately 130k on it. Anyway, after reinstalling the head with all new gaskets, the idle would jump between 1000 and 1500 RPM's. Constantly!!. It threw a code out(Don't remember the number) So I replaced the TPS twice, and then just replaced the entire throttle body(sensors and all) I figure that should work. But nothing, still had that annoying idle. I asked around and was told that air in the cooling system, so I had the coolant flushed proffesionally today, and reset the ECU, but the problem is still there. Can somebody please offer some assistance??

This only happened once it's warned up, right? What are the temperatures?

Vaccum leak. Also is your IAC hooked up properly?

Vacuum leak.
Spray carb cleaner all around your IM and TB while idling.
If idle jumps at a particular spot, you found your leak.

haha just posted this in someones thread a minute ago.

warm up car, pull harness off the IACV. If the idle does not change, replace or clean out the valve with carb cleaner. I had the same problem and this fixed it.

I second that... I don't know what or where it is.

IACV is generally located on the back of the intake manifold.
Its a small valve body about 5-6" long, 2 coolant lines feed it, and a wire harness, usually 2 or 3 wires.

#21, this is what it looks like on an integra LS. I am almost sure this is your problem.
