Default (experienced mechanic only) cam timing?

What is the standard cam timing on a normally aspirated B16a vtec motor?..Also
I have a b18c fully built, sleeved ,pistons, rods etc. 60-1TO4 running about 10's in the 1/4. The valve train is fully modified but the cams are stock. What can be the best cam timing at maximum lift for this motor.

About 10's? You spent all that money and now you want to do a ghetto cam timing adjustment to your car?

Pay whoever tunes your Haltech to setup your cam timing!
