(experienced mechanic only) cam timing?

What is the standard cam timing on a normally aspirated B16a vtec motor?..Also
I have a b18c fully built, sleeved ,pistons, rods etc. 60-1TO4 running about 10's in the 1/4. The valve train is fully modified but the cams are stock. What can be the best cam timing at maximum lift for this motor.

So you run 10's? Yet you've never used a dyno for tuning,

yeah he is right. the car runs 10's. how? because he bought John Brown's Civic Si.

Youre Right we bought the shell only off of John's Car, we put in our b18. Ever sinse we got the new shell we run 10's on a bad day with it. But in Trinidad where I live there are no dynos!!! So we use our *** to tune.
