So im trying to get my new engine started and it has been a no go so far so I need some help however, it is a very very custom set up so i get it if its hard to provide assistance.

Trying to start but not fully starting. Sometimes it turns without trying to start.

Engine
GSR B18c (bottom end built by 4piston racing)
GTX2867r turbo
skunk 2 ultra intake
Stock dizzy
Bosh 044 fuel pump
stock cam gears (aem pulleys set to zero)
custom wiring harness but everything seems to be wired correctly (also this doesn't use the stock electrical system at all)
new plugs and wires
Hondata S300 (running a tunned map that has worked for years)

Tested:
Fuel: There is fuel pressure measured at the rail with a gage. Seeing fuel in each cylinder and on the plugs so injectors don't seem to be the issue. Need to fully vet the injectors are working correctly though
Spark: seeing a nice white spark at all cylinders, checked wire position at dizzy too
Cam Timing: check and good
Compression: did a dry and wet compression test but then i remembered those might be irrelevant since the rings have not had a chance to seat.
Grounding: looks good and tested with a multimeter




I was able to pull a data log while cranking. attached. yes i see that voltage dropped which isnt great so when the battery is recharged i will try again.

Not sure where to go from here. Any help would be appreciated.

super lost now. I verified fuel from the injectors during start and she still will not fire up. Ugh. Any help? Most recent log attached.
