Default Engine conversion

Is it possible to convert my '90 Civic hatchback 1.3 with PGM carburetor
(D13B21005494) to FI ? I'm thinking about to replace the head with a 1.5i's.
Is this possible ? If yes, what parts I need to replace and what will be the
approx. cost ?

With all that you are going to have to modify you might as well purchase a D16Y8 from someone and swap that in.....probably cost the same at about 1000-1200.

But what if I don't want to change the engine ?
Is it possible to throw away the carb and put the intake with injectors and the
ECU from an FI engine ? Any other things to change ?
