Electric Problem(please help)
okay guys, I going to try to explain this the best I can, so bare with me...
I got a 94 civic cx. Whenever I turn the ignition into "ON" the check engine, brake, oil pressure, seat belt, doors & trunk, and abs indicator doesn't light up, but the SRS, battery charge, and shift up indicator do. The odometer doesn't run, the temperature and gas gages doesn't work. Also, my turn signal doesn't signal, and my hazardous signal only signals if I hold it down. Also, when the engine is turn on the door "beeb" noise doesn't go away unless I close the door. Everything else is working fine. Headlight works, interior light works, horn, AC, and the engine starts up fine.
The problem started after I was disconnecting and pulling the stereo/alarm wires that the previous owner had put in it.

There wasn't much to put back, or reconnect. The owner took all the stere equipment, but left all the wiring. All I did was just pull them out and disconnect a few speaker wires, and a ignition kill that was hook up to a alarm. But, I have check all fuse, under the dash, and under the hood. At first, it seemed as if the it was a lose wire somewhere because sometimes they would come on, and sometimes not. Now, they just don't ever come on. Can there be a bad relay swithc that had gone bad, and not sending the signal?
Were there jumper connecters in the fuse box? My car had some of the ones that fit next to the blade of the fust and I removed them since it no longer had whatever had been hooked up to them. A bunch of stuff then stopped working. The contacts in the fuse box had been opened up too much to properly contact the fuse without the jumpers installed. The easiest solution was to put them back in. Look for loose fuses on the circuits that are not working.
mudhosolo, thanks bro. I do remember one or two of the fuse did have a jumper on them. I took it off. Thanks dude. I'll go back and try it. That made alot of sense....
