Default Really weird electrical problem...????

Ok, so today I took out my headliner and stuff. To do this you have unbolt the dome light and the passenger lights, but not unplug them. So while I'm doing this I was a moron and left the door open (dome light on) for 3-4 hours. So I'm like, crap, my battery might die. But the car started up fine and everything. Here's what's weird...

*The clock said 1:00 and started to count upwards. But when I turned on the passenger light, the clock went off and "door open" light went on (on the dash). But both my doors were shut. Also, the passenger light did not actually turn on. When I turn it off, the clock comes back on and the "door open" light shuts off. But the clock is back at 1:00. Also, the radio turns on, but the sound doesn't come on except for a faint whisper if I turn it WAY up.

What could this be? A weak battery? I drove on the highway for like 15 minutes to charge it, but the same thing happened. Could some wires have gotten crossed? I don't see how, because I never unplugged anything and all I did was take out the headliner.

Somebody help, I'm really confused...

Sorry, man. I've worked on Acura's for about 8 years now, and this problem is notorious. You are just going to have to buy a new car. I don't even think you can sell this one; you are going to have to junk it. I know it hurts, but if you get the new VW Golf R32 it won't hurt so bad: http://www.vwvortex.com/features/index_r32preview.html

Let me know if you have any futhur questions,
Ben

I haven't taken it to a shop yet, I have a feeling it is an easy fix, I just don't know what to do. Anyone know where the ground wire is on the top of the car? Anyone know what fuse controls the radio, clock, domelight, and passenger light?

those fuses are under the dash on drivers side, pull out the little tray/pocket thing and you'll find them, there should be a plastic card detailing which fuse is which, Failing that, check all the wiring you were at when taking out the headliner. BTW why did you have to take out the liner?

Well, it's fixed. It was a blown fuse. I took out the headliner to reduce weight.
