ls/vtec into 92 vx hatch
ok im gonna be dropping an ls/vtec into my 92 vx hatch soon and so far the only problems i have run into and cant figure out are how to convert the seven wire o2 sensor to a four wire and if i can use the starter from my vx tranny on my b16 tranny and last but not least if i can use the alternator from my vx d series motor? i know im a dumbass, but im trying! just in case anyone cares, the setup is b18a block, gs-r block girdle, spoon balanced ITR pistons, shot peened STOCK ls rods, ported and polished gs-r head,skunk2 valvetrain, ITR cams, dc sports 4-1 header. bleh, ok that does it.

I dont think the starter will work.The alternator might but your gonna have to rig something up because i did it ghetto on my first swap.Also the VX should have a 5 wire o2 not a seven wire.

I originally made this diagram to show others how to convert from the single wire oxygen sensor to the standard 4 pin... It will work the same way for you, it's just a lot easier... Eliminate out what you do not need... Good Luck and let me know if you need anything else... Peace
