When my car is warmed up i check my oil and there is pratically non in there... but when i let the car sit for awhile it shows that there is plenty of it. is there a problem with the oil going back into the oil pan. Is this a problem or should i not worry

 

I would pay attention to the oil level when the engine is warm. When it's cold, the oil just drains back into the pan.

If the oil level is good, then you don't have a problem.
