Default Downshift Clunk

Hello All,
First off I'd like to say hello to all forum members
I've recently just had a B18B installed into my 95 EJ since the D16 was on it's way out. I'm pretty new to this motor swapping stuff, so here is my issue.

When I picked up my car after the swap from the shop, there was a minor issues with the exuast system making a whole lot of noise everytime I shifted from 1st to 2nd. The shop manager advised me that I had to get the piping extended where the catalytic converter and the end of the manifold met. So I went to a muffler shop and had it done. That did eliminate alot of the noise. But......When I down shift now from 3rd to second I hear a CLUNK!! I took it back to the shop for the day and they had informed me that it had nothing to do with the drivetrain or the axel and stated that it was an issue with a bushing on the lower left control arm......Does that sound right to any of you????HONDA-TECH please help!!! Anything else I can ask the shop to look at? Thanks guys!!
