thats ur fitv hose. coolant is suppose to run through there.

How do you expect coolant to flow through if it blocked? Have you looked at what that other hose that is on the other end goes to?

That's just the throttle body heater. You can either run coolant through it to heat your throttle body, or you can bypass it. If it never gets below freezing where you live, I would just bypass it. You do not have a FITV despite what previous posts say. Coolant runs in the front nipple and out the rear one to the IACV as seen in that pic. If you want to bypass the TB heater, just run coolant directly to the IACV and leave both TB heater nipples open(or cap them with a vacuum cap or something). If you want to run the heater, there should be a port on the head, just under where the upper radiator hose attaches. Coolant runs from there to the front of the TB, out the back of the TB, on to the IACV, and then to the big water tube on the back of the block.
