Default do i NEED new head studs?

I'm rebuilding my b16a and i was thinking about buy ARP head studs... But i was just wondering if i NEED to buy new ones... I'm probably going to buy a new ones anyway but just wondering if i NEED them... TIA

You can <U> NOT </U> reuse your stock ones but you can reuse the apr head studs.

i find them on ebay for that price all day long... what do MOST people spend on them... and what kinna head gasket should i use? TIA

Do not reuse stock head bolts, they stretch over time and it's a one time deal. ARP's are reuseable, but I would not recommend reusing them more than twice. Even though they are pre-stretched, over time they too will stretch. Just make sure you torque them according to the instruction and torque them down to the factory spec.

As for your headgasket question, nothing beats OEM. I've seen quite a few cars running those 1 and 2-ply headgaskets leak.
