Default Dizzy problem..

I am having a problem with my obd1 b-series dizzy.. Before getting into the problems with it I am using my friends dizzy and it works great so I know thats the problem..

It doesnt spark the plugs at all.. I changed out the coil and also changed out the ignitor.. The coil I switched it with might be bad but I know the ignitor is fine, its brand new..

Everyone once in a while it will fire the plug but not much.. I am using an AEM EMS so I can see that the other sensors in the dizzy are working fine and the EMS is turning on STAT SYNC(working the ignitor).. Any ideas here..
