Default Distributors: which one to run for my set-up?,

I have an LS/VTEC setup, and I am doing the swap in a week, which distributor do I use?
I have a b16A head that came with a distributor do I use that one or my B18B ls distributor, I am running a p72 95 GSR ecu, and the guy that is doing my motor told me I have to run a 94-95 gsr distributor cause it matches my ecu???

from what I know u gotta use the distributor to match the head not the ecu, I know a few people running LS/vtecs and they are all using their b16 dizzys wit their b16 heads.

u have to match the head so (any Bseries VTEC will work) and match the plug..OBD1, or OBD2...
