Default Distributor problem!

Need some more help guys. This is the best and reliable forum around. This is somewhat a newbie question.
I'm doing a swap on my '95 LS for b16a head and b18c block. Can I use my distributor from my b18b motor? What's an alternative other than Gs-R dist? B16 DIST? Kinda steep for $250.

You are going to need an OBD1 B16 or GSR distributor. A 96 or later distributor has different connectors and won't be plug and play. A b18b distributor won't work because it will hit the VTEC solenoid.

a LS dist will work juuusstttt fine!

just cut off the leg that hits the soleniod. i will run one, my frined runs a LS on his B16, and val ran a b20 dist on his vtec head (ran a 12.9 too heheh).

it works just fine and saves you allot of $$
